Information Technology (IT) Services

The Office of Information Technology (IT) manages the college’s network, software and computing resources, and audio/visual services.

College Email Access

To log in to your college email via a web browser, use the link for Students or for Faculty/Staff.

Resetting Your Account Password

  1. Attempt to log in to your college email account at outlook.com
  2. Click on “Forgot Password”
  3. Using your Multifactor Authentication, you will receive a code that will allow you to reset your password

Note that changing your email password will automatically change all your other passwords that are connected to this account (RavenZone, Canvas, WiFi registration, Lab Computer login, WEPA, etc.) as well. It can take up to 30 minutes for your new password to sync will all other applications. Also, clearing your browsing historycache or trying another browser after resetting is advisable.

Technical Support Helpdesk

The Office of Information Technology provides technical support to students, faculty and staff. Examples of support provided include:

  • Account and login issues
  • Campus network connection assistance
  • Software installation and updates for college-owned computers
  • Troubleshooting issues for college-owned computers
